      Biofeedback is a way of alternative medicine and learning that claims to help bodys responses in a way that heals and improves health. This technique uses electronic instruments to monitor and regulate various internal body functions. It claims that everyone learns specific ways to respond to external environment as they go through life. Many people learn responses that have a negative effect their health. Biofeedback helps the person to understand these negative unintentional body reactions and helps to correct them.

Breathwork
      Breathing is a vital part of life. The breathwork therapists claim that many people fail to breathe correctly. Breathwork therapist uses various techniques to correct the abnormal pattern of breathing. The correction of breathing is claimed to lead ust to improved physical, mental or spiritual health. In breath therapy, calm, methodical breathing is used for relaxation process and forceful breathing is used for emotional release. There are many forms of Breath Work that are being practiced, these include rebirthing, holotropic and pranic Breathing.

Chiropractic
      Chiropractic believes that subluxation is the main cause of most medical problems. A "subluxation" is a misalignment of the spine that is considered to interferes with nerve signals from the brain. Chiropractors think that by adjusting the misalignments they can thereby restore the nerve signals and cure health problems.
