Acupuncture, Alexander technique, and Angel therapy

Acupuncture
      Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese system of medicine that may date back to about 2000 years. The practice of acupuncture consists of a techniques involving stimulation of vital anatomical points on the body. It is based on the belief that health is determined by a balanced flow of Qi (pronounced as chi), the vital life energy present in all living organisms. According to acupuncture theory, Qi circulates in the body along twelve major pathways, called meridians, each linked to specific internal organs and organ systems. According to this philosophy, any block of Qi energy causes illness.

Alexander technique
      Alexander technique was created by F. Matthias Alexander (1869-1955) in 1980s. He was an Australian actor and teacher who originally developed the Alexander Technique as a method of vocal training for singers and actors. Alexander advocated that breathing and vocalization are part and parcel of how the body functions as a whole and habitual breathing and vocal patterns habitual patterns of general coordination.

Angel therapy
      This is a type of alternative treatment that is based on the belief that communicating with the angels is key to healing. The angel believe that they can heal and promote health by helping their patients to get in touch with angels who will guide the patient in the right direction.
